An Extreme Programmer for the last 8 years, he spoke on XP and Rails at RailsConf2007 in Portland, OR.

Graeme Mathieson
Graeme is a Ruby on Rails consultant based in Scotland, having recovered from embedded C++ development a few years ago. Given his age and background, he's extremely proud of never having used Java in anger. He spends his day developing or project managing Rails projects for small companies you've never heard of, throughout the world.
Graeme founded the Scottish Ruby User Group a couple of years ago just to prove he wasn't the only one in Scotland drinking the Kool-aid.

Abdel A Saleh
Abdel has been developing web apps throughout his career. Back in the day he organised the extreme Wednesday club for local geeks to practice programming using XP. With Rails, he's been wowed with what 'Convention Over Configuration' can truly achieve. Abdel earns his bread as an under cover independent Agile consultant for a huge corporate.

Paul Wilson
Paul is an Edinburgh based Agile Consultant and programmer. He was relieved when he discovered Ruby and Rails, having previously worked mostly with J2EE.
Paul is an active member of the Scottish Agile and Ruby Communities.
